3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. All sales are final at the time of purchase.

4. No Refund Policy

If you experience a technical issue with your download (e.g., the file was not delivered or is corrupted), please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase and we will promptly resolve the issue by resending your download.

5. License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own business purposes. You may:

You may not:

Results from using AI-generated content depend on many factors including the quality of your input, the AI platform used, and your individual business circumstances. Individual results will vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Contractor Playbook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

The prompts in this Product are designed for use with third-party AI platforms such as ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), or similar tools. AI Contractor Playbook is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party AI platform. Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any changes to third-party AI platforms that may affect the performance of the prompts.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Product shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law, rather than in court.
